Cleanliness in the lobby bathrooms needs immediate attention!!! The air conditioning in the room didn't consistently function. The room's outdated decor could use a refresh for a better experience.

The location was marvellous, minutes from a duty free store. It was new-fashioned, spotless and with dryer on coin system. Supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff on every shift and nothing was trouble for them...

Apparently, just because I stayed for 6 nights doesn't mean I get a clean room, as there was a huge visible wiping mark on the mirror the entire time. And breakfast? Utterly under stocked-I had to feast on lo mein and curry instead of a simple toast, unbelievable. I expected to at least be upgraded for such a long stay but nothing!

I loved how our group of friends was just steps away from fantastic food and shopping. The location was perfect, right across from the entrance to the bustling area filled with delicious udon and tempura. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, providing much more comfort than those I had seen online.
The only downside was the slight wait for room check-in during peak hours, made planning a bit tricky.

The room was clean and comfy! It had good amenities like a kettle and a fridge. The bed was just right for me and my husband with our little one. Only downside was the room was kind of small, so if you have big luggage, it might be a tight fit.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy room and the surprise smart phone they provided for our use during the visit! The hotel offered soothing massage sessions that really helped me unwind after a long day. A minor note is that the laundry facilities can have long waits, so plan ahead if you need to do laundry 😊
